Sand Algae please help!!!!!!!

What is this orange stuff in my sand and rock i think it is algea it spread across the tank in about 4 days.....please help

Totally normal. That is the diatom bloom that nearly all new tanks see when they first get set up. Nothing to worry about.

yes it is a brand new tank that has been set up for about 2 weeks thanks guys for the reply i was really worried any idea on when it will clear up

A couple weeks. Then something else will come along. New tanks go through a long series of blooms and die offs as the various organisms compete for different limiting nutrients. Diatoms are normally first. Different types of algae will probably be next with dots on the glass or rocks. The main thing to remember is that you are establishing an ecosystem so roll with it as things progress and ask questions before doing anything drastic.

Okay i have an anemone and black oslarous in there and they have been there for about a week and half can i leave the in there

Most would say its too soon for an anemone in the tank.

Yes. I would re home it if possible.
While it is possible it could live through the cycle there is no need to chance it
