Sand bed Problems

Guys my sand bed looks dirty, not white as it should be. For circulation I have 20.000L/H by Tunze streams in a 180g.
I can see some detritus also in a few areas, maybe all I need are some sand sifting critters.

Can you please tell me which critters help to keep the sand white?

I got some Nassarius snails yesterday, they are pretty cool hopefully when I get home today they did a good job at mixing the sand up

A question about the gobies, do they make a significant dent in the population of critters living in the sand?

Yes. My diamondback goby at all the little white starfish in the sand.

Watchmen gobies or Jawfish. I love my jawfish, he turns over the sandbed about once a month. The only thing to keep in mind is that once they eat up all of the life in the sandbed you are going to have to replace it so consider also running a sump/fuge to put the critters back in the bed.
