Sand Qustion

I added my sand yesterday, I am in the process of cycling my tank, already have live rock. The tank is extremely cloudy as expected, I shut of my pump and powerheads. I have a 30 gallon refugium and sump, everything is turned off except my heater. When should I turn things back on? After it settles? Or if I turn things on now would it help clear up the cloudiness?

go to walmart, get a couple of cheap power filters and run them....mine was the same way until i put my millennium2000 filters on it and the tank cleared up within 3 hours...

I would just leave everything on and let it settle out in time. Might take a day or 2.
