No, but I don't recall them going up the sides, rarely leave the sand bed

My Florida/ Caribbean Sea Cucumbers are ~10yrs old and still doing great

That would be my recommendation as well. I would also suggest fighting conchs.

Never...most of my sand is ~25 yrs old...from a 300g that I set up in 1991 when I moved into my present home...I think all my tanks before that had crushed coral/dolomite

Same here. Both of my tanks are over 25 years old, never did anything to sand but have added some over the years.

Any difference between the sea cucumber from Florida that is around 8.00 at Reeftopia or the Tiger Tail at LA for 18.00?
