Is it hard to care for sand sifting gobies?

My twin spot will not accept any foods, just sifts the sand . He has been in my tank for one year, pretty easy if you ask me.

im switching from crushed coral to sand as my substrate pretty soon. How long should I wait before I add one? (75 gal. tank)

I would wait about a month or two after your substrate change to make sure all parameters are in check. Its a great idea to get a goby that you know is eating. Ask the pet store to feed it in front of you. My goby goes crazy for pellets.
