I took out my crushed coral this week and i am unsure on what kind of sand to get for my tank. I am looking for around a 2" depth and would like to know what is the best size sand (how coarse should it be)? Also tell me your preference in companies (like fiji pink) and stuff like that.

I like the look of aragonite. it comes in different coarsenesses. I like the one that's not superfine. It looks nice and doesn't get blown around as easily as the fine stuff. The larger crushed coral looks a bit rough for my taste. It's really up to you based on what you like.
