Sapphine nano skimmer

Is this skimmer for in sump only, or can it be used as HOB also. In other words, how is it set up on the tank?

It is designed to fit in the back chambers in the all in one units (i.e. nanocube, biocube, etc.). You cannot use it for HOB unless you buy it with the refugium.

That said, it's supposed to be a very good skimmer.

If you're looking for a good HOB skimmer you might try the AquaC Remora Nano Skimmer.

I'm using it on my 24g AquaPod and it's pretty darn good.
