any chance to recover?
anything i can do to aid its recovery?

both the cynarina is in my sump tank
very low flow, low light

all thanks to my flame angel...

Definite chance to recover. They need light and flow though so you need to get the Flame angel out, and the corals back into the display.

I brought a cynarina back that was worse than yours.

If it will take food, then give it.
Do NOT give it heavy flow ever. Even after it heals, medium at best. Otherwise it will tear it's tissue again.

They heal pretty well, but the tissue will show some scaring.
I'm surprised it was a Flame that did that. Too bad.

cannot be 100% sure but they were doing great first few days
opening up during lights on, tentacles out during lights off

at times, i saw the flame "kissing" them, thought he was just eating the pods on the cynarina
it happened more and more frequent, that is why i decide to move them down to sump

thanks
