I thought we were still looking for a venue. At the New Year's party we were told to be looking for somewhere to hold the frag swap. We decided on the AgriCenter again even with the staggering cost involved?

Nobody on the Board heard anything to the contrary and what we solicited was not better elsewhere, so we negotiated and maintained a substantial discount at the incumbent site.

You'll also recall that we had precious little time, or we would lose the favorable date. (This now leaves one last date only at the Agricenter next fall, so we grabbed what we could before we lost our possible slots altogether.)

That said, if something develops and is an improvement, then we can review and approve that (like we did this), but at least now we have a placeholder and a firm date, absent any changes.

Also, there isn't a contract that I've written that I can't get out of, so if you've got a better deal, we're still listening just as before, but nobody said anything.

Anyone?
Anyone?
Bueller?
