white film on fins..breathing a little heavy....not ick....marine velvet i think....qt set up..copper treatment..and dips seems to be the way to go....anyone have sucsess with this treatment with angel/s.....

If it's Velvet, copper treatment is your best option. But "white film on fins" doesn't exactly sound like Velvet to me. Can you post a pic?

I have done both with velvet and chloroquine in my hands works much faster. If the fish is respiring fast, I would rec the salvage protocol.
