OK, so here is the new tank.

BC14 that I picked up off CL, dry rock and RO from BRS, and salt and misc supplies from Dr Foster.

Tank on second day, starting to clear up. Stopped at SWE and picked up a couple pieces of live rock to start my cycle. One had some cool tube worms on it!

So I had followed the about a pound of rock per gallon and had way to much rock! You can see in the pic the buckets of left over. I guess I used about 7lbs of rock out of the 15 that I ordered.

Nice set-up. The aquascape is really interesting. Any future plans on stocking livestock?

Thanks. I moved the rocks a bit this morning to make it a bit more stable, but I was trying to make some nice shelf areas for the corals.

For livestock this is what I had in mind so far...

Fish
Royal Gramma
Percula Clown
and maybe a goby or jawfish of some sort

Inverts
normal selection of snails and hermit crabs, and an emerald crab

Corals
going to start with some easy rics, mushrooms and zoas. After I would like to add some LPS and when I upgrade lighting some SPS.
