Science Center Maintenance

ebius

Yup!
I know this one is short notice, but we had to call an audible for this month. We will be performing maintenance this Thursday (03DEC) after the Science Center closes. The plan is to meet in the parking lot around 1630 and head into the building at 1700. If you are interested in showing up, please let me know and I can get you my cell number if you do not have it.

With the expressed interest in this, I will be posting the schedule regularly again.

I think I saw somewhere, no kids?

Correct, there are no kids allowed. This is a Science Center rule and not mine. We will basically be there outside of operational hours with minimal staff. Pretty sure it is a liability/insurance thing.

I'm gonna guess you were either military or you work at Boeing. My brother, a Major in the MO National Guard, does that stuff to me when we're trying to figure out when to meet somewhere. Makes me do the math on what time 1700 really is. Sheesh.

All of the receipts I send my clients for their trades are done in 24hr time too.

Ebius was just oozing military with his post. Like he was outlining a mission for his troops.

Hey, at least he didn't say 2300 GMT. :D

I totally threatened to go to zulu at my house when the Mrs. complained about 24 hours.
I was trying to remember the other term he used on me once. Had me scrambling to try to figure out what time we were meeting for dinner. Siri was no help, BTW. She just kept telling me what time it was in Zulu, IN.

Good times! We changed out some water, added three Nook gorgonians, Colt coral, unnamed Nook soft coral, neon green candy cane, green Tonga mushroom, Nook's green flower anemone and mpcart's ?hammer coral. Tank looks really good, just needs a bag of carbon to remove some yellowing. We also added a 4x20 GEO media reactor for GFO.

Finished the evening with a tasty snack at Charlie Gitto's on The Hill:)
