SCMAS July Meeting
SCMAS Members:

Here are the details for the July meeting:

When: Saturday, July 21st
1pm

Where : Cliff's (ReefJerk)
2512 Willow Glen Drive
Colorado Springs, CO 80920

Cliff's wife and her friends have agreed to cook for our meeting, so food and drink will be provided. At the request of our hosts, this meeting is to be alcohol and child free, so please respect their wishes.

At this time the Board is working on trying to get a guest speaker for the meeting. Details will be posted as they become available.

who has submitted their information, even if you already
have a card this one will replace it. If you have not yet

I wear jeans, too. My wife is the keeper of the house. She spends my money on all the frilly things and I get the basement(barring the guest room). As long as I keep it semi-neat, she doesn't chastise me. When I spilled half a can of PVC primer on the carpet, she was a little ticked. More so because I didn't tell her about for 3 weeks. She found somebody to get it out because it mysteriously disappeared shortly after she saw it. That must have been when she spent $500 for carpet cleaning. :lol:

Ahhh been there done that. I juiced the stain with about half a bottle of carpet cleaner and scrubed the hell out of it for about 10 min. It stunk like primer for 2 weeks but got lighter everyday until it all evaporated. Now you can't even tell it happened.

As far as glue on the carpet............... hmmm rule #1 lay down newspaper if you are glueing over carpet.

im might be there....depends on work! i didnt know if i was still able to come to meeting since i dont have a tank anymore

Sure you can come. You're going to be back into a tank before you know it.

I'll be there as well, I will be bringing a 5 gallon water jug or two full o pods for anyone who wishes to "tap off" a few for refugiums.

You don't have to have a tank to come to the meetings, a lot of people setup and tear down tanks from time to time don't worry about it.

Your personality is more than colorful enough to make up for the lack of a tank
