Scopus Tang?

Anything I should know in particular about a scopus tang? Considering use of a small one (~2") as a temporary algae fighter in one of our growing tanks. Same husbandry and attitude as a yellow/purple?

Pretty much, but not as aggressive in my own experience. At some point in the past, I've had all...a yellow, purple but now I currently house a yellow scopas!

If you want algae control, you'll get it out of the Scopas. Perfect citizen; functional and beautiful!!!

Not a bad choice, but I never recommend using more bio-load as a solution to an algae problem. There's also no guarantee that the fish you end up with will help with the particular type of algae you're fighting. In any case, good luck!

Thats true, but it does accomplish a later end. I dream of a tank eventually thats big enough to keep a yellow, purple, scopus and black, if they'll get along. Big enough tank should help with that. ^_^
