looks like a female, the length of the first dorsal spine, its longer on the male.

That's pretty sweet, and it's rare that I click on a link for a cool fish and see a price under $400 or so.

just be aware these are tiny fish- max out around 3", so you cant keep them w larger scorps, but in w the right tankmates-these are cool little fish

What Frank sez...besides being on the small side as adults, they're rather slow growers and often come in pretty darned small. We actually have a new tiny male (1") that is a great eater, but is tuff to stick feed due to his size (it would be impossible without the "stealth stick").
