Screen for 6025?

Roger,

The instructions manual says there is a screen that should be in my box to keep snails and fish out of the pump housing. Neither one of mine have it. Can I get them, since they are supposed to be there, at no charge?

Also, why do they make so much noise? I don't mean a slight rattle...I mean a loud vibration that can be heard in the next room. Sometimes, they just rattle, but, most of the time, its the loud vibration. Both of mine do this. The 6000s I have on my tank make NO NOISE (unless you hold your ear right up to the tank) and are twice as big.

They will rattle when new, run them a couple days and the noise will go away. PM me an address, the screens were not ready for the first batch.
