Screen top mechanical lifter?

Has anyone built a screen top that lifts off the tank when opening a canopy lid or canopy door? I think I'm going to try this with my canopy build.

Building the canopy soon. Have to finish my "leak test" on my system first. My be within a two weeks. Really would like to make this work. Having to move the screen on my 56 to feed isn't bad, but with a 6ft tank in a canopy might be tight. I'll keep you updated here.

what's the screen for? keeping fish in? I always build my canopies so that no matter where fish jump they will just fall back in. no flat surfaces for them to get caught and dry out on. All ventilation ports covered with gutter guard.

Yes to keep fish in. The canopy will be completely closed on all sides and top, but I'm concerned about any gaps around my returns and wiring.
