Screwed up now how do I clean the mess?

I dose BRS 2 part with 2 BRS auto dosers. I tested my calcium and it was extremely high, around 520. This caused my Alk to drop low. I turned off the timer for my calcium to let it lower naturally and went to bump up the Alk. I accidentally turned on the timer for ALK dosing about 1/2 gallon over the course of a night. When I woke up the aquarium looked like it was snowing ash. This happened on Tuesday. I immediately did a water change and tried to suck out as much gunk as possible. I put a new filter sponge in and tried to blow the rocks off with a turkey baster. I also added new carbon. I killed the lights until today. Amazingly all of my coral, snails, and fish showed no adverse affects. The water clarity returned to normal. The problem I have now is many of the rocks still look like they have ash all over them. How should I clean them up? Removing them is not an option...
