Scribbled Angelfish - Male or Female

Hi all,

I was informed it is a male, isnt it?

I would guess female but I am by no means an expert.

To me it appears the transition to male is not completed yet and looking at the middle picture it sure looks to have the elongated body form of a male.

I would say thats a male. The body shape, ssize, and conformation seems to scream male, althouh the coloration isnt as typical.

Definitely male. Easiest way to tell with Scribbles is the tail and anal area. Male scribbles have a crescent shaped tail with faux streamers on top and bottom as well as "freckles" on the base of the fin and throughout the tail...
