Scripps water is in reference to the Scripps Pier where a water spigot is located that allows anyone who wants it to fill up there many water jugs at no cost. There is no number.

i have heard that scripps delivers water to some of the stores in oc. is this correct? or do they get it themselves. this is why i am looking for a contact.

Not sure if they deliver but I am pretty sure I heard one of the LFS say they get water delivere weekly from Scripps. Don't know if it is actually SCRIPPS or not although if they are selling the water they may very well have to go through them...
