DiverCity in Lutz. Right where Dale Mabry merges into 41. Big Kyle will get you squared away for one set price that includes everything except for your mask, fins, and booties. 813 388 6856. Kyle does small classes so you won't get lost in the shuffe.
If you don't want to drive that far north then I recommend Leon at Adventure Outfitters in south Tampa. I took my classes with Leon and he was great. Also very small classes and he's very attentive. I use both of these shops and dive with them pretty frequently. Both shops will put you ahead of the curve compared to some of the other local shops. Just tell them Big Brian referred you.
