Does drilling out a SCWD to 1/2" instead of 7/16" make all that much difference in performance say with a Mag12? Just curious,.,,

Are you talking about that little $30 inline unit that has 1 inlet and 2 alternating outlets? I'm kind of interested in using one.

as far as i know . there about ot release a 1" version.

ive heard it does but ive never done it myself
there is a new 1" scwd that came out (1" fittings) that should work better
edit: i believe the 1" version is already out
