sea apple

don't they release hardcore toxins when stressed or dieing?
Is this the only thing you plan of having in the tank?
what is the min recommended tank for them?
I have seen one guy on the forums with some of the apples in a 20+ but it was a sea apple over live rock with macro algae all over so it could not kill anything but itself if it happened.

I hate those stupid things! They really are beautiful creatures but having one nuke my old 55 I would never purchase another one of those again.

they do release toxins, but since this is a nano setup, I will only have it and maybe some hermits and snails sharing the space.

So no corals either?
You are basically having a sea apple over live rock tank?
Then sure i mean whats it going to kill if there is nothing else in the tank

They move around alot of the time, like cucumbers do, so make sure you have all of your powerhead/filter intakes screened.
You also have to spot feed it for it to survive.

exactomundo:thumbsup:

because I would never put a sea apple in my main (display) tank... I think sea apples are cool so I figured I might just place it in a tank of its own where the only harm it could do is to itself.
