Sea Glass and other beach findings?

Sorry if this is a dumb question but.....

I have this sea glass in my house me and my wife picked from a beach on Vancouver Island last year. My question is can I put it in my tank?
Or say if I find other neat looking things at the beach am I able to place them in my tank after a good scrubbing/soaking?

Give it a good soaking in vinegar and it will be fine. On the down side it is likely to be covered in algae/coraline algae quickly, but perhaps your CUC will take a fancy to keeping it clean.

Yeah tank is only like 7 days old so no CUC yet.
Maybe I will add just the ugly ones now (browns etc.)
Add add the nicer ones (blues etc once I get my CUC.)
