Sea Hare paralyzed....

So I've had my sea hare for a bit and the guy was getting nice and fat... just eating any algae that it found, but I found it this morning with a black mark on it. It looks like it was bitten, and it could barely move. I mean, the only thing smaller would be a sloth. The only thing I can think of would be my fangtooth blenny that went after one of my snails. Anyone have any idea of what it could be? My water params are all fine, I"m just worried about this little bugger dying.

I would run carbon and skim heavily as sea hares are known to ink when they are stressed. Maybe your arrow crab wanted a taste?

Well, I'm skimming quite heavily, and I've got some fresh carbon that I actually put in last night, but no, my arrow crab lives on the other side of the tank and never leaves there. I found the sea hare on the sandbed which is like unheard of for this guy, because it never left its rock. I moved it to the sump to recover and it's been eating the ulva there. I'm just trying to figure out what went after it so I can remove it before this guy inks. I mean, if it inks I'm not terribly worried, but still.
