I have a Sea Hare in my tank and I accidentally squashed it when I was ringing out my Filter Sock as it got into it and I did not see it when I found that it was there it was still alive so I put it into the tank within seconds it started to release a purple ink like substance from the rear what concerns me is this toxic as some of not all of my SPS Corals did not have polyps out tonight has this killed them off all fish are fine

No, the ink isn't toxic. It's a soup of amino acids which essentially overloads the senses of other animals. Your skimmer will go crazy for a while and it won't hurt to run some carbon to help remove it.
