Usually web sites may give more or less information than what you expect and i think is not be a good way to evaluate a store. I suggest to visit both of them or other stores and see for yourself as you might realize that your opinion might be the opposite of the others.
I agree with you completely. Actually, I think I may be able to stop by both. I am still interested in checking out their site if they have one just a get a feel for their shop.
