Sea Squirt advice

Just picked this up today. Guy at the store said they just feed it coral frenzy and phyto few times a week. Seems like it should be fed more from what I've read but I've never owned one. Any advice on caring for this one appreciated it's my first sea squirt aside from hitch hikers.
