Sea Swirls VS Wavy Sea

just looking on some experience with either the sea swirls or the wavy seas.?
which one do people pefer? thanks STEVE

I had been running a 1" sea swirl on my 70's sump return since
it was set up in 2002. Never any problems. No maintenance EVER . My tank died in Katrina but I plan on using it on my new 215.
