seachem kanaplex + ammo lock, issues?

Put my tang in qt, and even though its cycled, i dont have a skimmer in it. So for the few days i need to treat my tang for a bacterial infection, is it ok for me to use ammo lock(ammonia lock) at the same time?
I am also using tap water so i add a dechlorinater before hand.

Just want to make sure i am ok for a few days incase my ammonia goes up and i cant keep up with WC's.

I read that prime and cu dont mix well and result in 10x concentration of cu. Dont want the same to happen with kanaplex.

Antibiotics and ammo lock/prime are ok together.
