Seachem reef plus good or nah ?

I don't think it has been demonstrated that color or health has much to do with added trace elements. The amino acids may or may not be useful. I don't dose any for my tank.

Many hobbyists including myself noticed huge polyp extention with products like Fuel which is very similar to seachem plus. What substance in the mix might be responsible for this behaviour?

Yes,feeding response is a good way to describe what im seeing.Im wondering if corals would show a response like that to substances which are not beneficial to them.In other words if I notice this behaviour does it always mean im using a good product?

I don't feed anything specifically for corals.

I feed freeze dried cyclo-peeze in the early AM before work.

Then a dosing pump delivers 7 doses of 1 mL each of Arcti Pods spread through the day.

Then I feed 1 cube of frozen Prime Reef when I get home from work.

Then a but later 1 feed 1 frozen cube of Ocean Nutrition Mysis, mostly for a chelmon marginalis which I deliver with a pipette so it gets about half the cube.

I also spot feed 2 gigantea anemones sometimes.
