seachem vitality

Does anyone use this.I usually use selcon and vitachem. I can only buy selcon from drsfostersmith I was tallking to my lfs and they said that I wouldn't have to buy selcon and vitachem I could just buy vitality. Is this a good product or where thru just trying to get a sell?

There isn't much in Vitality, Vitamin C and some algae. Vita-Chem is by far better.
