Seahorse and Chocolate Star Fish question

That Guy
Have a quick question, currently have a tank getting ready for a pair of seahorses and my wife wants to get a chocolate star fish for the tank. Can't have one in our main tank because of the corals. I am a little nervous about the idea because I know that the starfish could go for slower moving fish.

What do you guys think/what is your personal experience with a chocolate starfish with seahorses?

Thank in advance

Hi,
normaly it's no problem to keep starfishes whit seahorses...but whats a chocolate starfish ??..lol sry i dont know all species in english.
Maybe u mean a "Protoreaster spec."...because those guys really can eat some slower-(sleeping)fishes...and a seahorse isnt really fast ! lol

i think he meant chocolate chip star. and no i wouldn't put that star in my tank . but that is strictly my opinion only.
