seahorse question

i have my seahorse for a months now and the one is acting crazy. He is laying down on the bottom of the tank. he breathing and all but what can this be.

Have you tested the water quality? I guess if it is having trouble breathing I would be worried about ammonia or nitrites in the fish tank.

Also, if you recently did a water change maybe a dip in the ph of the water.

Is the seahorse eating? If so what is the seahorse eating and what type of seahorse is it?
