Seasonal Ligthing Question

I am thinking of using the seasonal lighting variation in the controller. Couple questions:

1. Any negative issues with running?

2. If not, the programming in the intruction book only shows the light on command. (If Sun 000/000 then LT1 On). Does the "Sun" command also take care of the off as well then at sunset?

The 000/000 turns the light on at sunrise and off at sunset. 030/060 would turn the light on 30 minutes after sunrise and off an hour before sunset. I run my lights this way and don't know of any drawbacks. On the other hand, there probably isn't much benefit, either. Theoretically, the combination of seasonal light and temperature variations could cause a spawning event, which is not necessary desirable in a glass box.

Thanks for the help. I'm only going to use the lighting option and not the temo option. I think the lighting changes for seasons is just a neat thing to watch and do.
