well the 1" will handle up to 1200 gph, so anywhere under that with flow is ok, if you want to do 200 gph thats fine.

You would be getting youre moneys worth going w/ the 1" SS w/ that size pump. Youre 1140 per hour, the 1" SS handels up to 1200 gph safetly.
