Sebae in 12L

How long would it take for a sebae anemone to outgrow a 12L? (Dimensions are 36x8x10)

would it be happy under 4 65w PC bulbs (50/50's suspended 3-4" above the waterline)?

lastly: Some sites say that Ocellaris will not be hosted by this anemone, is this correct?

It wouldn't take long at all, pc's would be ok not great and until I sold my sebae my ocellaris hosted mine for years

H. crispa or H. malu? Both are called "sebae"

IME, the H. crispa would be too big when you purchase it, whereas the H. malu could work long term.
