Seio 2600 magnetic mounting?

I have two of these things. They do a great job of falling down when the suction cups come loose.

I see magnetic mounts for up to the 1400 I think. Any ideas on something that will work for the 2600? Sandstorms suck!

I am having the same problem, they just dont want to stay on the glass for any period of time.

take the part with the swivel attachment, reverse it, super glue that part to the seio and invert the hanging bracket! wala...now you have a hanging bracket, with seio that can be turned in any direction and it wont fall off!

did that to both of my seios and they work great...HTH

When I had my 820s I did something similar to what Rich did. I didn't superglue them, I drilled some small holes in the mounting pieces and zip-tied them to the hanging bracket. I also left the suction cups on so as to better seat them in the tank.

Not sure if those new brackets that premium sells will work for the 2600. I bought 2 of the smaller ones for the MJ1200 and though they do the job, they are not the strongest of magnets.
