Selcon?

So I had a sailfin an naso tang in my quarantine tank for over a week doing great. Very active and eating well. Last night I got a bottle of selcon to start soaking food. Just Checked on the tank and my sailfin is dead an the naso is gasping on the bottom on his side... You think it is something else or has anyone of heard of bad selcon? Of course I checked my parameters right away. Everything is where its suppose to be.

I've never seen anything bad about it. The wife swears nothing was sprayed in the room either. Just seems weird. Well I did a big water change anyways since the naso is somewhat swimming still.
