Selling Aqua Logic Chiller and MRC Calcium Reactor

I am starting to break down my tank, the first two items I am looking to sell are:
A My Reef Creations Calcium Reactor Model CR-1 which I paid $220 for.
10 Lb Aluminum Co2 Tank which I paid $95,
Mag 2 pump for reactor circulation paid $45
C02 Regulator w/ Soleniud valve paid $90
American Marine Pinpoint ph controller paid $185
which adds up to $725 for a fully automatic system
looking for $325 for the whole setup

Aqualogic Chiller 1/4 Hp. Its American Made with a Titanium chiller.Commercial components, its really well made. Comes with a Aqualogic Temperature comptroller. Paid $700, Want $325

Is the controller, dual stage or single stage?

Is the chiller inline or drop in?

The Chiller is inline, the Comptroller is single stage. I do have a 2 stage American Marine pinpoint temp controller paid $150 would want an additional $75 for the two stage.

when was the last time you've run this chiller?

The last time the comptroller turned it on was last summer, but it's still hooked up and comes on as needed.

I have 24" clearance under my stand, the MRC1 is 21". Do you think I'll have enough room to work w/reactor? If yes, I'd be interested minus the PH controller if you want to seperate.

interested in the controllor. any pics? how is the status of the probe?

I believe that the Comptroller is sold. I have a commitment jsut haven't seen cash yet. Suppose to meet this weekend to exchange. If it doesn't happen I'll let you know. The probe was calibrated last month and was right on. It's still being used, though only as a monitor since I disconnected the Calcium reactor a few days ago.
