I'm so not good with offering prices, and don't want to feel like (or make you think) I'm lowballing you... what were you hoping to get out of it??

selling tank

Sorry, not interested in parting out...Only willing to sell whole system....If I parted out the tank I would be left with, well, the leftovers....I may ultimately get more money for separate pieces but I would later have a hard time shutting the tank down if there was ANYTHING still alive on it....I have worked hard for all of the time I have been in the hobby to get the tank to equilibrium where it is now....I have baby feather dusters on almost every rock, coralline (sp) algae, even sheets of wavy coralline on the rocks, pods galore & finally stability & no disease in the tank.
My husband & I plan on retiring in the next 5-7 years & move north to the great lakes so we can spend our time snowmobiling in the winter & traveling on our boat in the summer which would leave little time to keep up a tank....If no one buys it I will just keep it until someone is interested...Everything in the tank has more than tripled & it is time to either get a bigger tank or get out. We are also having new flooring installed throughout our home in anticipating of selling in the future & it is difficult to install new flooring around a tank.... Depending on your system already I think this would be a good opportunity for someone who wants a 2nd tank to have more diversity ie a predator tank AND a community tank....Thanks to all of you who pm'ed me to part out but sorry, not the plan....
