Addicted to bright lights
So I have been building DIY lighting for my reef tank over the last couple months. I purchased everything from ReefLEDLights.com. I will post some pictures soon. its 5 total heat sinks and about 300 LED's. I got confused on the drivers for 8 of my LED runs. I thought the Inventronics 50 Watt 1100mA Dimable could run 15 LED's. It appears I really needed the cheaper 40W 700mA driver. The inventronics is limited to 13 LED's but my chains are 15. Since I have installed these already ReefLEDLights.com is not willing to exchange them.
The Inventronics normally runs $43.50 but is on sale right now for $34 on their site. I will sell all 8 of the ones I have that were installed but not used for $20 each. Merry xmas to whoever gets the deal but I need to offset the cost of getting the new ones some. This project already exceeded the budget I originally had.
