Hey guys, due to some recent circumstances I'm selling off my tank. It's a 33gallon "long" Reef aquarium. Same footprint as a 55. The stand and canopy are both custom built, canopy is outfitted two a two bulb 48" HO T-5 kit from Glo. Bulbs are about 9 months old, so you'll want to replace them sometime in the next 6 months or so. I will be including all of my water jugs, as well as 5G buckets for water changes, all chemicals I have remaining, and various other support equipment. The tank has two power heads, a Stealth heater and a hang on back filter. I run the filter strictly for refugium purposes as well as extra flow. Tank inhabitant's include a full grown bi-color blenny (great for algae control) and a pair of captive bred True Percula clownfish. The clowns were raised by a breeder in Texas, their parents were Picasso clowns, so it speculated that they also carry the Picasso gene. I got them through a group buy here a few years ago. They started laying eggs on a frequent basis about 6 months ago, but I haven't had the time to actually raise the young. They host in a large green BTA that will also be included. There's also a red and green Acan frag, it's got about 6 adult heads and 2-3 babies. Because of the shallow depth of the tank, you shouldn't have any trouble keeping just about any type of coral in this tank. There's various types of Macro algaes growing on the Live Rock, I usually prune them once a month. They add quite a bit of color and life to the tank, as well as work as an efficient nutrient export, but you could probably remove all of it if it wasn't your cup of tea.
My Fiance recently decided to call it quits, I'm moving to Stillwater in a couple of weeks and don't want to move the system that far. The price is $250 for the entire set up. Please don't attempt to Low Ball, as I am confident that $250 for a set up like this is a fair deal. You are responsible for moving the tank, I'll help you get everything broken down and loaded up, I would recommend bringing a friend to help carry things, makes the process less stressful. Shoot me an e-mail at pcombs@ou.edu
