Sen 700GA pump rust problem

Hi there MD i bought this pump a couple of months ago then when i went to clean it as part of my cleaning schedule of my pumps i found that the back part of the pump had some metal exposed and it was rusting away and also when i took out the impeller it was rusting also when i bought this pump you recommended it because it was a good pump which it is as far as power goes for moving water and quiet but i wasnt expecting this i have 2 of these pumps and when i took the other one out i found the same thing on both pumps i just wanted to post some pictures of it so when i call you guys so you can see for yourself what im talking about.As always expecting to resolve this situation ASAP since i only have this 2 pumps for my system i cleaned them up as best as i could and put them back to work.

These pumps do have a manufacturers warranty that is handled directly with the manufacturer, we are only able to handle the first 30 days of the original date of purchase. Well after a couple of tries last week trying to contac the manufacturer of the pumps i havent had any luck reaching them i called them up and the phone just rings and rings and nobody answers it and i tried contacting them thru e-mail also with no luck i think that im stuck with the rusted pumps so far just letting you what happened.

I apologize for the delayed response, unfortunately this is a warranty issue that needs to be taken care of by the manufacturer. We warranty our products for 30 days from the date of purchase. Since the pump has been in operation for a few months now it is past our warranty period. If you have any further questions regarding this matter please feel free to contact us.
