Does anyone know why my corals only half open some open and some don't idk if it's my lighting my parameters are good

How long have you had them for? Sometimes it just takes awhile for a coral to get used to it's new environment. (different lighting, flow patterns etc)
That sun coral in the last picture doesn't require light, but you do need to feed it on a regular basis. As far as those zoanthids go, have you checked them for pests yet? Sometimes these will cause the polyps to close up like that.

What exactly are your parameters btw?

According to my API test kit it's 8.2-8.4 ph ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 0 I don't not have a test kit though for alk, cal, ect.. And thanks for telling me about coral that didn't need light. It was sent to me in a coral pack so I wasn't sure. But the corals have been in there for about 3 weeks seems like the monti that has been in there for months has been the one actually getting growth

^actually you have another problem on your hands, feeding the individual heads on the tubastrea. Feed it meaty foods like PE Mysis, they will usually be open at night or you can try to get them to open during the day time using a coke bottle over them and put some kind of food in to excite them and gradually over time feed them with the lights on.

I just feed them mysis shrimp each head and they are now out of the light hope to see an improvement now

Your sun coral looks very healthy, it should be fine. It can do well in the light...they could care less, but it's best in the dark as they are susceptible to algae growth on the skeleton. Check out the NPS forum for some good tips on keeping it.

The zoas look they're in a shaded location maybe. They need some decent but not high powered light usually. Algae touching the polyps can keep them retracted. Cant tell from the pics if this is an issue. Good luck with them.
