Sensitive Fish Treatment

What should I do with a fish that is apparently sensitive to copper, hypo, prazipro...pretty well anything I can think of to treat ich. The fish I am talking about is my solar fairy wrasse. I don't know what to do with him.

I used paraguard a little while back. The spots went away. But the instructions were unclear about how long to use it for and no one could provide any advice about the product specifically.

Also, my fish has been pretty lethargic. Still eating, but doesn't do much swimming.

Also, what are symptom differences between ich and flukes. I don't know which it is for sure. I've read FW dip will have flukes drop off, but I've also heard you cannot see flukes with the naked eye, so I don't see why FW dipping him would help.

Tank transfer for ich. Flukes such as neobenedenia can be seen with the naked eye once they have fallen off in the FW dip.

Honestly I have had hyrodgen peroxide (3% from grocer) work well. 1ml per 10 gal. I have used up to 4x this dose. I would start low. Never any neg affects on any inhabitants in my reefs. Some corals would lose color for 24-48 hours that returned after I stopped with HP (or even if i forgot to dose for one day). Nothing major. It's amazing how well this works. No idea why. Also heavy feeding, and good water perams.

Copper decimates most angels, hard on some tangs, and fairy wrasses are either very hardy or weak. I can't find an in-between. But the stress of QT then copper or hypo or TTM often kills fish and/or spikes the stronghold of the parasite at least in the short run. The stress alone may kill.

I would choose TTM over all other treatments, as it targets the most predictable phase of the parasite's life cycle.

The problem I have with the TTM is twofold. First, the amount of saltwater (and other resources) it uses is astronomical. Second, I live in a very very small apartment and do not have any more room (or electrical outlets) to have more than one quarantine.

So far, I have started treating with Paraguard in hopes it will do something. After looking at other people's experience with wrasses, I am very hesitant to use cupramine....
