Is this a viable way to treat both flatworm, redbug and flukes at once?

I have prazi pro, but.figure if I.can use the spectrum, I can treat all three at once?

What is expected when doing this to.sps?

PH, algae blooms, phosphate etc?

Yes! Look up Dr. G's coral dip. I used one capful in my 20 gallon after taking shrimp and crabs out and it knocked out red bugs completely! You will have to reseed pods, but awesome product. Two water changes later and SPS polyp extension was out of this world with no blooms,algae or ph issues. The major online retailers carry it.
