seond fish for 6 gal nano

I currently have a very small clown in the six gallon. I want to put a second fish, and I;m thinking about a sharknose goby. Any other suggestions? I know 2 fish is pushing it but I am confident I will be successful.

IMO, a six gallon tank is too small for the clown by itself, much less another fish. Like others, I'd go for some inverts (shrimp/crab/star).

The clown fish will quickly out grow the tank.

I have successfully kept a red elongated dottyback and tailspot Benny in my edge for over a year. A tad cramped, but with lots of nooks and crannys to hide in they have never appeared stressed.

If you have any coral in the tank that need to be fed, don't get a large shrimp (peppermint, scarlet, blood, etc) or you'll find them impossible to feed (they steal the food). I use to have 3 sexy shrimp until the dottyback dismembered them. They were model citizens in the tank. Harlequin stars are pretty cool and stay small.

I' have a 7.5 cube and I'm not putting any fish. The only waste is from my cuc. I might try something really small invert such as single peppermint shrimp.
