Ok, so as Dave said in his post, I went up to Under the Sea Corals today... Matt's changed the name to Ocean Inside or something like that, but I can't remember the name... I picked up several nice peices, but he wouldn't come off of a bright almost purple blue Superman Monti they got in today... I DON'T BLAME HIM!!!!! It was such a sweet coral that I had to ask and would have paid $$$ to get my little hands on it... But he has AWESOME prices, comparative to internet prices... And a fantastic selection... So as per my appointed PR position, I've been working on club sponsorship, he has offered the Club a 15% discount!!! All you need do is show you club membership card... He's also willing to host a meeting once a year, with some awesome raffle prizes... Let me know when you guys think would be a good month to go up there, but I was thinking November or December, so they could get settled first... Anyways... I'm going back up on September 9th... Thats supposed to be the Grand Opening... But even if the store is not "ready" by that point, he's willing to open the doors to us... Anyways, if someone needs to follow me, or needs a ride on the 9th, PM me... I'll fill you in on the details... But I think this an exciting opportunity for the club... And a great LFS to go to!!!!!!!
Getting a coral/fish as a gift always has a nice sentimental value. I hope they are open on Sunday evening as this is the day I always head home and could just pick up my goodies and head out from his store when I go shopping. But I am sure any zoas and many others woud be fine in a bucket from saturday night till sunday evening with a small PH.
