If you plan to attend the meeting please add your name to this thread..Also Dave would like to cook dinner...the cost for the dinner is $8.00 per person which would be:

Poormans Filet Mignion Sirloin steaks, Harricot Vert sautaed in Cilantro Lime butter sauce, Pesto Garlic smashed potatoes. Desert: TBA

If you want to attend add your name to this thread, If you plan to attend AND get dinner please add "Dinner" after your name so that Dave can get a proper count.
 
Based on the response and turn out from my last meeting I hosted (Shrimp Scampi) I would ask for a donation of 5.00 ~ 8.00 to cover this meal per person.

If you do not wish to have the deliciously juicy tasty red meat O' mooooooooriffic steak.I also will be doing a vegitarian dish of California Penne Pasta with pesto sauce, kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, capers, and artichoke hearts.

Cost of a similar meal in any 3 star or similar restaurant ( ahem... since I work at one... LOL) is about 19.00 to 32.00 dollars respectively for pasta/ steak.

I PROMISE THIS MEAL WILL NOT DISSAPOINT ! :thumbsup:

Amy, I'm sure I could make something that would suite your pallate also... NOONE EVER COMES TO CHEF ESPI's HOUSE AND GOES HOME HUNGRY ! :D

PET ALERGIES ANYONE ? I have 3 cats here. They are indoor only, sweet and friendly. My house is clean, and noone to date with cat alergies has had any issues, but I just wanted to make people aware of such. thanks :)
